Bill Morgan

Bill is responsible for overseeing all of the programs at Via West Campus, including Via West and Altitude. He joined Via in June of 2021.

Bill earned his B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He also has extensive experience with camping programs and writing individualized support plans, and he volunteers as a Standards Visitor and Standards Instructor for the American Camping Association.

Prior to Via, Bill spent 15 years working as the Program Manager, Associate Director, Director, and Vice President for camps that serve people with disabilities in Maryland. From 2012 to 2018, he served as the Chair of the Youth Camp Safety Advisory Council, a state-run council that advises Maryland’s Department of Health regarding safety issues in youth camping.
