Louise Harston has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Vianet Group PLC since June 2003. In this role, Louise leads customer experience teams and is responsible for establishing service level agreements and internal quality measures, all aimed at enhancing customer value.
