Kelly Riley

Kelly Riley, CEP, is a seasoned equity compensation professional with extensive experience in managing stock option and equity compensation programs. Currently serving as a Senior Equity Analyst at Vicarious Surgical Inc., a position held since January 2022, Kelly previously worked at PTC as the Stock Administration Manager and at Eaton Vance as a Stock Plan Administrator. Earlier roles include Global Equity Specialist at Akamai Technologies and various positions at Philips North America and The Gillette Company, where responsibilities ranged from executive-level incentive programs to stockholder services. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Simmons College - Simmons School of Management.
