Donna McGuckin

Donna McGuckin currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Advisory at Digital Wave Technology, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at SAS as an Advisory Solutions Architect in US Retail Pre Sales Customer Advisory, where Donna focused on assisting Retail and Wholesale organizations in overcoming challenges related to sales targets and inventory management through advanced technologies like AI/ML and predictive analytics. At Charming Shoppes, Donna held the role of Director of Allocation, Replenishment, Merchandise Operations, and Supply Chain Operations from 1990 to 2013, leading a team of analysts to optimize retail processes and inventory turnover. Notable recognition includes multiple awards from SAS for excellence in sales support and customer advisory roles. Donna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
