Patrick Dwyer

Patrick Dwyer is an experienced HR Generalist and Employment Specialist with a strong track record in full life-cycle recruiting and employee relations management. Currently at Vicor Corporation since May 2021, Patrick oversees recruitment across the US while managing employee relations, facilitating new hire orientations, and conducting performance reviews. Prior to this role, Patrick served as Director of Recruiting and Business Development at MRCC, focusing on technical recruiting for various clients, and held multiple positions at Robert Half from 2005 to 2020, culminating as a Senior Resource Manager/Vice President.
