Frederick Boudreau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and contact center technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Videotron since June 2015, Frederick has a proven track record in managing and optimizing contact solutions, particularly with Genesys systems.
