Daniel Meloro has extensive work experience in planning and operations management. From 2020 to present, they served as the Director of Planning at Vigon International, where they led the planning department and was responsible for the master production schedule, inventory levels, and capacity management. Daniel focused on improving on-time delivery, reducing inventory costs, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Prior to this, from 2015 to 2020, Daniel worked at Unilever in various roles. Daniel served as an Associate Planning Manager, responsible for production and inventory management plans for tea brands. Daniel also worked as a Production Supervisor, overseeing high-speed production lines and coordinating with multiple departments to maximize output and minimize costs. Before that, they were a Maintenance Supervisor, leading planning and process development for planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.
Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army from 2010 to 2015.
Daniel Meloro attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Philosophy. Daniel also obtained a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Philosophy from the same institution during the same time period. In addition to their academic achievements, they are a graduate of the Field Artillery Captain's Career Course from the US Army.
