John Mohan

John Mohan has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Villa Restaurant Group since February 2014, where sales have improved year over year since assuming operations shortly after the restaurant's opening. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Villa Restaurant Group from July 2012 to July 2013, and as Assistant General Manager at Joe's Crab Shack from August 2010 to June 2012, where John contributed to the successful launch of three new locations and managed hiring and retention for over 200 employees. John spent over a decade at T.G.I. Fridays, holding various managerial roles and representing general managers in regional discussions, while also overseeing kitchen operations to foster efficiency and reduce waste. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, obtained from 1988 to 1992.
