Joyce Cole

Joyce Cole currently serves as the Village Historian for the Village of Ossining, a position held since July 2020. Additionally, Joyce has been with Westchester County Emergency Services since October 1997, where roles have included Executive Secretary to the Commissioner and Assistant Secretary to the County Executive. Joyce Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Mercy University and attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1994 to 1998.
