Megan Sova

Megan Sova has extensive experience in the hospitality and senior living industry. Megan currently serves as the Director of Hospitality at Village Shalom since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Dining Services at Delmar Gardens Family from May 2020 to March 2022. Megan also served as the General Manager at Erickson Senior Living from April 2017 to April 2020. Before joining Erickson, they worked as a District Training Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc from September 2014 to April 2017.
