Ari Kontiainen

Ari Kontiainen has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Ari currently works at Vincit as the Head of Delivery, responsible for ensuring service delivery is well managed and profitable. Ari also leads the continuous development of processes and tools related to service delivery. Prior to Vincit, they worked at Solita as a Project Manager, managing projects for private and public sector customers. Before that, they worked at the Finnish Wildlife Agency, where they held roles such as Project Manager and IT Manager/Project Manager, responsible for developing and improving IT infrastructure and services for Finnish hunters. At Nokia, they held multiple roles including Senior Manager/Head of Configuration tools, Director, Senior Manager at Forum Nokia, and Department Manager. Ari led teams and implemented agile practices to improve software development and support for Nokia devices. Ari also worked as a Customer Project Manager, leading productization and deliveries of a data mining product in multiple countries. Ari started their career at Icon Medialab Finland as a Project Manager.

Ari Kontiainen completed their MSc degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan in the field of study which is unspecified. Ari attended the school from 1987 to 1993.
