Jennifer Cullen

Jennifer Cullen has extensive experience in labor relations and workforce development, currently serving as Director of Labor Relations and Workforce Development at both Vineyard Wind and Vineyard Offshore since 2018. Prior roles at Vineyard Wind included Senior Manager and Manager in the same field, as well as Permitting and Outreach Specialist. Jennifer also held the position of President of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Oyster Project from 2016 to 2018, and worked as Field Director for the Climate and Energy Program at the Civil Society Institute from 2008 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Jennifer contributed as Organizational and Outreach Coordinator at Clean Power Now. Jennifer earned a Master of Arts in Communications, Emerging Media Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and French from the University of Vermont.
