Abrar Zafer

Abrar Zafer is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Level II Tech Support at VIQ Solutions since July 2021, Abrar has also held the position of Operations Support Manager at wordZXpressed Transcription Services from October 2014 to May 2020. Prior experience includes working as an IT Operations Analyst at Nuance Communications between May 2011 and July 2014, as well as an IS-Operations Engineer at Heartland Information Services from March 2004 to May 2008.
