Joy Shong

Joy Shong possesses extensive experience in instructional design and education, currently serving as an Instructional Designer since May 2019. Prior to this role, Joy held positions as an Instructional Designer at Virence Health and API Healthcare, contributing to the development of training materials for health management software. Joy's background includes significant work at GE Healthcare IT, where curriculum development for Centricity Workforce Management Solutions was a primary focus, and previous roles as an IT Educator and Application Support Specialist at Tobin Solutions Inc. and Watertown Regional Medical Center, respectively. Joy holds an Associate degree in Computer Support Specialist from Waukesha County Technical College, a Master's degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography/Library Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
