Jeff Michael

Jeff Michael is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations and news anchoring. Currently serving as the News Media Relations Manager at Virgin Galactic since August 2021, Jeff effectively manages global external communication with a deep understanding of journalists' needs. Since October 2020, Jeff has also been a Joint Venture Partner at EKA, providing expertise in news media for litigation, media training, and communications strategy. Previous roles include co-anchoring the CBS2 Evening News at CBS News from 2016 to 2020 and co-anchoring the KTTV FOX 11 News from 2006 to 2016, during which time Jeff co-created and launched a 5 PM news-talk show. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of California, Davis.
