Alpa Patel

Alpa Patel serves as the People Systems & Insights Lead at Virgin since December 2023, bringing extensive experience from BSI where Alpa held several roles including Head of People Systems & Insights and HR Services Team Leader from April 2011 to December 2023. Prior roles at BSI also included Core HR and Reporting Lead, as well as EMEA HR Administrator. Before BSI, Alpa worked at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd as a Service Contracts Specialist from April 2008 to January 2011. Alpa holds a BA in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, completed between 1999 and 2001.
