Nathan Blinn

Nathan Blinn, Ph.D., AIA, currently serves as the VP of Construction & Strategic Innovation at Eagle Construction of VA and as Principal Researcher at archi-TEC-tonic, LLC, since June 2018. Blinn also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Viridiant and was the Founder & Principal of Blinn Consulting & Services from 2017 to January 2019, focusing on BIM and VDC technologies in the Architecture, Design, and Construction industry. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Design, Construction, and Planning from the University of Florida, where Blinn was also a Graduate Research Assistant and PhD candidate specializing in Construction Management, Virtual Design, and Construction. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Moss & Associates Construction Company, where Blinn advanced expertise in Virtual Construction, and various positions during university studies that developed strong customer service and project management skills.
