Jeanne Damon has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on building and growing HR functions within various organizations. Jeanne is currently serving as the Vice President People at Virscio, where they are responsible for building the HR function to support the company's continued growth. Jeanne also holds the role of Co-Founder and President at East Vincent Advocacy, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to these roles, they served as the Human Resources Director at the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, where they assisted in building the HR function for the fast-growing organization. Jeanne also has experience as the Head of Human Resources at Absorption Systems, a Pharmaron company, where they played a crucial role in building the HR function as the company expanded. Additionally, they served as an HR Leader for CellPort Software, a subsidiary of Absorption Systems. Early in their career, Jeanne gained experience in employment and labor law as a graduate student at Penn State University. Jeanne also held various HR roles at Saint-Gobain, where they worked on HR business process projects and served as an HR project manager/HR generalist.

Jeanne Damon MS, CMS, SHRM-SCP has a Master's degree in Employment & Labor Law Concentration from the Penn State School of Labor & Employee Relations, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Jeanne also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

In terms of certifications, Jeanne Damon is a Change Management Specialist, certified by the Management & Strategy Institute in November 2020. Jeanne also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in July 2019. Prior to that, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2014, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in the same year. Additionally, they hold a Teaching Certificate from Penn State University.
