Bridget Connell Decorte

Bridget Connell DeCorte has over 25 years of experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as Director of Benefits at Virtus Investment Partners since June 2010, Bridget has previously held the position of Benefits Manager at the same company. At Webster Bank from 2002 to 2009, Bridget was an Employee Services Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing a shared services group that provided HR support for 3,500 employees across multiple states. Earlier in the career, Bridget worked as a Human Resources Representative and a Recruiter at various firms, including Cablevision, Impact Personnel, Randstad, and Enterprise, where Bridget built a foundation in staffing and recruitment. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Syracuse University, earned in 1994.
