Kyle Spainhour

Kyle Spainhour is an accomplished finance and technology executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as SVP CFO for Visa, overseeing global product, technology, strategy, client services, corporate services, and global risk, Kyle has also held significant positions at Point Foundation as Board Chair Emeritus, Leidos as Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive, and Motorola Mobility, where roles included Corporate Vice President and Chief Audit Executive. Earlier positions at Motorola Inc. included Corporate Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis and Vice President for Strategic Operations & Finance. Kyle Spainhour holds an MBA in International Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
