Tiffany Palmer Bell

Tiffany Palmer Bell, Esq. currently serves as the Director and Senior Counsel for Global Product, IP & Services at Visa, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Tiffany was the Lead Counsel for Intellectual Property, e-Commerce, and Technology at Newell Brands from November 2019 to March 2024, also serving as Counsel during that time. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP between January 2016 and November 2019, and at Patterson Law, P.C. from 2014 to 2016. Tiffany also worked as Contract Legal at The Coca-Cola Company from 2013 to 2014 and began a career as a Chemical Engineer and Patent Examiner at the USPTO from 2009 to 2011. Tiffany holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has also attended The University of Alabama School of Law.
