Kees began their career as an Assistant Audio Engineer at Studio 195 and Galaxy Studios nv, where they gained experience in recording and mixing music and was responsible for setting up recording sessions and maintaining equipment.

Kees Hendrickx has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2002, they began their education at University College Cork, where they studied Computer Science until 2005. Following this, from 2006 to 2007, Kees attended Colaiste Stefain Noafa, where they achieved a QQI Level 5 in Music, focusing on Music, Management & Sound.
