Michelle Ryan is an experienced professional in the textiles industry, currently serving as the Group Operations Director at Vision Linens since March 2016, overseeing operations including purchasing, logistics, and compliance across multiple international offices. Previously, Michelle held the position of Assurance & Compliance Manager at HLL Linens/Vision Support Services from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities expanded to include general business compliance and product quality management following company integration. Prior to this, Michelle was the Quality/Technical Manager at HLL Linens Ltd from 2008 to 2011, and held roles at Woodnook Bleaching and Dyeing Company and Caldershaw Dyeing Co. from 1989 to 2008, focusing on quality control and technical management. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Textile Science from The University of Bolton.
