Mohamed Elmahdy

Mohamed Elmahdy is the EVP of Product at Vitls. Mohamed has over four years of experience in developing wearable vitals monitoring devices for pediatric and adult patients. Mohamed has also worked on developing front-end web and mobile solutions for visualizing vitals data stored in a HIPAA compliant database. In their previous role as a Principal Product Development Biomedical Hardware Design Engineer at AT&T, they managed projects exploring innovative technologies and their implementation to solve healthcare challenges. Mohamed has also lectured at the University of Houston.

Mohamed Elmahdy completed a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston. Mohamed then went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy in the same field at the University of Houston. Mohamed Elmahdy is also certified by Amazon Web Services in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate.

They are on a team with and Louise Vorster - Founder & COO. Their manager is Werner Vorster, Founder & CEO.
