Ernesto Casas Ascencio

Ernesto Casas Ascencio is a seasoned Product Owner at Vitzo since June 2016, overseeing the roadmap for a productivity application through comprehensive user and market research, as well as stakeholder engagement. Ernesto has implemented user research processes utilizing tools such as Hotjar, Crisp, and Google Analytics to gather valuable insights. Previously, as a UI/UX Designer, Ernesto developed a successful productivity application from the ground up, featuring a clipping tool and interactive annotations, along with an admin dashboard for an educational application. Ernesto also has experience as a Graphic Web Designer, where design and coding skills were applied to a video/audio downloader project, along with refreshing the visual identities of various products. Education was obtained from TU Wien – Academy for Continuing Education.
