Alex Whyatt is an experienced IT and project management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Development Team Manager, Scrum Master, and IT Project Manager at Vodacom since November 2008, Alex specializes in managing complex projects within the Contact Center environment while overseeing the triple constraint of time, cost, and quality.
