Soumi Alphons

Soumi Alphons has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Soumi currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India. Prior to this, they worked at SAS Research and Development, India for over 20 years, where they held the role of Head of Human Resources. Additionally, Soumi has also worked at IGATE (Patni Computer Systems Ltd.) as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department and at Kinetic Engg Limited as a Senior Executive in the same field. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in employee management, establishing office structures, and driving engagement and satisfaction among employees.

Soumi Alphons completed their Master's in Personnel Management (MPM) with a specialization in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Soumi attended the institute from 1992 to 1994.
