Victoria Volpe has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Victoria started their career as an Account Coordinator Intern at in3corp, where they handled client relations and communication activities. Victoria then worked as an HR Customer Experience Specialist at Gusto! and as an Office Operations Administrator at Ajilon. Victoria also served as an English Second Language Teacher at XploreAsia before joining MediaNews Group as an HR Solutions Specialist, where they managed HR issues and led large-scale team projects.

Later, Victoria worked at Google in multiple roles, including Recruiting Coordinator, Critical Roles Recruiting Coordinator, and Queue Guardian. Victoria was responsible for coordinating the hiring process, scheduling, and providing exceptional candidate experiences. Victoria also worked as an Event Marketing Representative and Social League Host at Volo Sports, where they organized and ran adult sport leagues.

At Creative Logic Talent and Marketing, they worked as a Brand Representative, and at AptAmigo, they served as a Client Experience Specialist, helping clients in the leasing decision-making process and maintaining relationships with building and leasing managers. Additionally, they held the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist at AptAmigo.

Victoria's most recent role is as a Recruiting Coordinator at NVE Experience Agency, where they are responsible for coordinating the workflow between candidates and the hiring team and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
