Zulyana Suri

Zulyana Suri has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Zulyana is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Volopay, a position they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resource professional at Kami Idea Indonesia (Kami Group) from November 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they held roles at Pinhome, starting as a CX Analyst from November 2020 to May 2021, and then transitioning to a Developer Account Manager from May 2021 to November 2021.

Zulyana also has a significant tenure at Mekari, where they worked as a Customer Success Supervisor in the Human Resource department from November 2016 to September 2019. Their responsibilities included providing HR consultancy and assistance to users of Talenta and Sleekr, Mekari's products, as well as maintaining after-sales relationships with clients.

Furthermore, Zulyana co-founded Salirè Company in August 2014 and served as the Chief Operation Officer until October 2016. The company focuses on fulfilling customers' fashion needs while maintaining simplicity in their daily style. Zulyana also gained experience as a Senior Staff of Human Resource at Satoe Indonesia from June 2014 to September 2016.

Additionally, Zulyana held positions related to human resource management at Keluarga Mahasiswa Sekolah Bisnis & Manajemen ITB, where they served as the Head of Intra-campus Affairs from June 2015 to June 2016. Zulyana was also involved in personnel management and human resource roles at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they worked as the Deputy of Ministry's Personnel Management from January 2015 to November 2015, and as a Human Resource professional at the Business Implementation Ministry from May 2014 to April 2015.

Zulyana Suri began their education journey in 2013 at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they worked towards a degree in Management. Zulyana studied at the institute until 2016, completing their undergraduate studies. In 2019, Zulyana Suri pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Development from The University of Manchester. Their time at the university lasted until 2020.
