Brian Jerome has a diverse background in the meat and food industry, currently serving as an owner in training at Von Hansons Meats since August 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Meat Manager at Lunds & Byerlys from June 2019 to August 2020. Brian also gained valuable experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Stone Gate Foods from May 2018 to June 2019, and as Vice President of Operations at The Fish Guys from October 2012 to February 2018. Education was completed at Hill-Murray from 1985 to 1998.
