Tom Fleming

Tom Fleming has extensive experience in IT and systems management within the optics industry, currently serving as the Manager of Lab Systems at VSP Optics Group since January 2003. In this role, Tom oversees systems and infrastructure across all 12 VSPOne locations, utilizing the DVI lab management system. Previously, Tom held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Analyst at VSP Optics Group, ensuring the functionality of lab management systems and managing IT functions for the Columbus Lab facility. Prior to this, Tom worked at Vision-Ease Lens as IT Support, where responsibilities included comprehensive enterprise support, and served as a Technology Specialist at the Church of St. Stephen, teaching K-8 technology and developing the parish and school website. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of North Dakota.
