Juan José Gallo

Juan José Gallo is an experienced professional in customer experience and payments, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Payments at VTEX since May 2022. Prior to this, Gallo held the role of Head of Payments & Special Projects at NIZZA from December 2021 to May 2022. With over nine years at GCO, contributions included serving as Gerente de Clientes, where Gallo led corporate CRM strategies and customer relationship initiatives for prominent fashion brands. Previous roles include Director of E-Commerce and Director of IT Projects in the retail fashion sector, as well as positions in analytics and development at several organizations. Gallo holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad EAFIT, with additional postgraduate qualifications in ECommerce and Integral Management from IEBS Biztech School and Universidad de Los Andes, respectively.
