Casey Matthew has over 20 years of experience in legal recruiting and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Recruiting and DEI Manager at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since October 2008, Casey has contributed to the firm's legal recruiting processes and collaborated with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee to enhance diversity initiatives, including managing pipeline programs. Previously, at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, Casey held roles as Diversity Administrator and Legal Recruiting Assistant, focusing on promoting an inclusive work environment and supporting recruiting efforts. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant for the United Jewish Communities of MetroWest New Jersey, aiding in fundraising campaigns and outreach programs. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Communications, and Sociology from Mount Holyoke College.
