Previously, at Federal Occupational Health, Anandraj served as the Sr. Manager - Customer Engagement & Implementations, overseeing projects such as the Electronic Health Record system. Anandraj also worked as a Program Manager at CareMetx, LLC, streamlining operations and managing software implementations. Earlier in their career, Anandraj held positions such as Project Manager & Scrum Master at TEKsystems, and Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Trainer & PPM Consultant at DSFederal. Anandraj has also worked as a PPM Consultant/Functional Architect/Business Analyst/System Administrator at ASSYST, and as an Assistant Technical Analyst at Salem International University. Anandraj began their career as a Media Artist/System Administrator at Dnium Sdn Bhd, focusing on graphic design and web development.

Anandraj L. completed a Diploma in Computer Studies at Informatics College from 1999 to 2004. Anandraj then obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Salem University from 2004 to 2006, followed by an MBA in International Business from Salem University from 2006 to 2007. In addition, Anandraj has obtained certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scaled Agile, Inc. and Scrum Alliance respectively, as well as a certification in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) from CA Technologies.
