Aaron Krasnow

Aaron Krasnow is a seasoned professional in the affordable housing finance sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Affordable Equity at Walker & Dunlop since 2023. With extensive experience accumulated over more than two decades, Aaron held various key positions at RBC Capital Markets from 2008 to 2023, including Regional Director, focusing on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Historic Tax Credit (HTC) investment originations across several states. Prior to this, Aaron worked as a Vice President and Investment Manager, managing LIHTC acquisitions and partnership structures. Earlier roles included Accounts Manager at MMA Financial, overseeing developer accounts and underwriting for LIHTC transactions, and Senior Developer at Mercy Housing, specializing in affordable housing projects in Colorado and Arizona. Aaron began a career in affordable housing at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency as a Senior Development Specialist, providing financing to nonprofit developers. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from San Francisco State University.
