Raina Tian

Raina Tian is a seasoned machine learning engineer currently working at Meta since August 2022 and serves as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Walkky, a digital health startup focused on AI solutions for cardiovascular diagnosis. As the founder of Mad Cookies, Raina developed core technologies and a web application for a cookie recipe calorie search platform. Previously, Raina held roles as a Senior Data Scientist at GoDaddy, where responsibility included leading large-scale machine learning projects, and as a Research Assistant at Columbia Law School, contributing to Python interface development for text analysis. Education includes a Master’s degree in Data Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
