Michael Lessard has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Michael began their career in 2003 as a Primary Care/Hospital Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson, where they increased hospital growth by over 3000% during the launch of Levaquin 750 during Q3/Q4 (2004) and doubled Urology product growth versus previous year's sales (225.4%). In 2005, they joined Novartis AG as a Senior Sales Consultant, winning the International Sales Excellence Award for the top 0.5% of 18,000 global sales reps (2006). Michael then moved to OptumRx, a UnitedHealth Group Company, in 2010, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Product Strategy, Director of Corporate Strategy and Product Portfolio, and Senior Manager of Product Strategy. In 2016, they joined Surescripts as Director of Product Innovation and Critical Performance Improvement, creating the Surescripts Quality program, which achieved a 26% improvement of the e-prescribing network quality in 2017. In 2020, they joined Pharmaceutical Strategies Group - PSG as Vice President of Client Success, growing overall line of business revenue by 30%, implementing several client centric initiatives leading to NPS improvement from 30 to 55, and achieving 100% client retention during their two-year tenure. Michael is currently Vice President of Client Success at Waltz Health, beginning in 2022.

Michael Lessard has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Augsburg University (2007-2009), and an Executive Education Program from The Wharton School (2015-present).
