Vorobiev Sergey

Sergey Vorobiev is the President and a co-founder of Ward Howell. He coordinates management of the company and leads the firm’s relationships with major accounts. He specializes in the search of CEO and key executives, in working with companies on change management, in senior management team formation and in complicated cross-industrial and international assignments. For many years Sergey has acted as a counselor to boards of directors in a number of leading Russian companies, advising them on strategic development, organizational structure, compensation and motivation of management, search and placement of senior executives.

Sergey possesses considerable experience working with Russian and international state and not-for-profit organizations. He consulted the Russian Government on its strategy for economic and social development, on training and finding experts and managers for implementation of market reforms and the creation of necessary infrastructure.

Sergey was listed in The Global 200 Executive Recruiters, a global ranking of top executive search professionals. He also co-chairs Club 2015, an association of leading Russian entrepreneurs and managers, is the member of the Personnel and Reward Committee of Strategic initiative agency, as well as of the Expert Council for the Russian Federation. Sergey has been the member of the Eisenhower Fellowship since 2001. In 2002 Sergey joined the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), he is also the co-founder of YPO Russia.
