Lynden Reilly

Lynden Reilly has extensive experience in benefits and compensation, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Warner Music Group since April 2013, after progressing from Senior Benefits Manager. Prior to this role, Lynden worked at TIBCO Software as the Reward Manager for the EMEA region from August 2012 to April 2013. Lynden's career also includes significant experience at The Walt Disney Company, where a permanent split role involved both Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits in the EMEA region from August 2007 to August 2012. Earlier positions include Senior Analyst roles in Compensation and Benefits and Workforce Planning at Kraft Foods, as well as a Benefits Analyst at Intel, where Lynden started as an intern in 2002.
