Magalie Raaijmakers

Magalie Raaijmakers is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, corporate communications, and training. As the owner of Wasbeer & Pauw since January 2017, Magalie collaborates with other professionals to deliver impactful training programs focused on participation for newcomers and status holders. In current roles as project leader at Talentvol and as a process facilitator at Brabant Water N.V., Magalie focuses on inclusive entrepreneurship and supports the implementation of employment legislation. Additionally, Magalie has served as a corporate communications intern at De Klerk Bloemsierkunst en Interieurbeplanting, a lecturer in intercultural communication at Fontys Hogeschool Communicatie, and has held various advisory and coaching positions within the Gemeente Eindhoven. Magalie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and has a strong commitment to fostering community engagement and supporting marginalized groups in the labor market.
