Oded Omer

Oded Omer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oded is currently the CEO of Wasteless Ltd, a position they have held since March 2017. Prior to that, Oded served as the CTO and VP R&D at WeissBeerger from June 2013 to June 2017. At WeissBeerger, they were responsible for the management of an Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data solution used by soft-drink and beer manufacturers.

Before joining WeissBeerger, Oded was a co-founder and product manager at SILVI Industries LTD from November 2010 to March 2013. Oded also worked as an Engineering Unit Manager at Logic Industries from January 2009 to December 2010 and as a Program Manager at Xsight Systems from January 2008 to March 2009.

Oded's extensive experience also includes working at Transtech Control as a Multi-discipline Air Traffic Control (ATC) Project Manager, where they managed various ATC projects in UK and US airports. Oded was responsible for project planning, installation, crew assignment, customer training, and post-sale support. Oded also served as an RT/E Radars signal processing developer (C++ / Assembly) at Transtech Control, where they were involved in the development and integration of radar algorithms.

Earlier in their career, Oded worked as a .NET Developer at Origin Interactive from 1998 to 2000. Throughout their career, Oded has showcased their expertise in technology innovation, project management, and leadership roles.

Oded Omer earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Digital Signal Processing from Tel Aviv University between 1996 and 2000. Later, between 2007 and 2009, Oded pursued higher education at Holon Institute of Technology and successfully obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management.
