Tommy also held the position of Group Director of Engineering at CableTel from 1993 to 1999 and SVP-Network Operations at CCI/Cellular One of Ohio/Michigan from 1985 to 1993.

Tommy Della Rocco began their education at Rockledge High School in 1973 and attended until 1975. Tommy did not earn a degree or study a specific field during this time.

After completing high school, Tommy enrolled at Eastern Florida State College from 1975 to 1977, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Technology.

Later, from 1979 to 1981, Tommy attended the University of Central Florida, majoring in Engineering and Operations Management. However, they left the university during their senior year after obtaining their Residential Contractor's License.
