Kathryn A. Nedelka, MBA, is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a robust background in financial reporting and team management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Finance and HR Director at Water Country since April 2016, Kathryn oversees financial reporting and expense control across all departments. Previous roles include Administration Manager and Accounting Manager at Lake Compounce Lp, where responsibilities encompassed supervising seasonal staff, enhancing guest service training, and conducting financial analyses. Before that, positions at Sysco Connecticut and various roles at Lake Compounce and Tax Time provided foundational accounting experience. Kathryn holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University and a BS in Accounting from Marist College.
