Christine Nastos, PMP, is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing the commercialization process and managing complex projects across multiple industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at Water Lilies Food, LLC., Christine guides the commercialization process from ideation to production. Previously, at SHI International Corp., as Senior Manager for IDCS Projects & Programs, Christine implemented a live project status portal and created a comprehensive RACI to streamline processes. With prior roles at International Integrated Solutions Ltd. and Sundial Brands, Christine delivered high-quality project outcomes for major clients, including Fortune 500 companies, while leading time-sensitive projects and adapting strategies to ensure success. Christine holds an MBA and a BBA in Management from Dowling College and possesses both PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications.
