Bill Dean

Bill Dean is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Broker at Water Pointe Realty Group since March 2018 and is also the Broker/Owner of IRP Realty, a position held since December 1998. Prior to these roles, Bill held the position of Regional Manager at Radnor Corporation, a Florida real estate development subsidiary of Sun Oil Co., from September 1988 to December 1998. Bill Dean began their career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1983 to 1986. Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Georgetown University between 1980 and 1983.
