Rachael C.

Rachael C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachael is currently working as a Business Insight Analyst at WaterAid since April 2022. Prior to this, they were employed at NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) as a Business Intelligence Developer from November 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring efficient data storage and resolving data quality issues. Rachael was also involved in the migration of data flows to AWS technologies.

Before joining the CCG, Rachael worked at CDK Global (International) as part of their General Graduate Scheme. During their time there from September 2017 to September 2019, they served as a Data Analyst. Rachael showcased their project management skills by organizing and leading update meetings and ensuring project progress. Additionally, they played a key role in producing monthly statistics used by the leadership team for decision-making.

Rachael's earliest work experience was as an Industrial Trainee at Solvay, where they worked in materials science. From July 2016 to June 2017, they conducted experiments to create new products and analyzed the data to improve procedures.

Rachael C. obtained their MSc in Data Science and Analytics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of York, where they earned a Master of Chemistry degree with a specialization in Chemistry (with a year in industry) from 2013 to 2017. Rachael'ssecondary education was completed at Saint Peter's Specialist Science School and Sixth Form from 2006 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Rachael C. has obtained certifications in French. Rachael completed the Languages for All in French - UNILA Level A2 certification at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in July 2020. Rachael also achieved the Languages for All in French - Level 2, Pass with Merit certification at the University of York in September 2014.
