Michael Lynn

Michael Lynn currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Corporate Development at Waters Corporation since June 2017. Prior to this role, Michael was Senior Director and Managing Counsel for Intellectual Property at Waters Corporation, and held the position of Director and Managing Counsel for Intellectual Property at Boston Scientific from July 2012 to June 2017. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as an Attorney at Fish & Richardson P.C. and as an Electrical/Software Engineer at BAE Systems. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tufts University.
