Rich Moore

Rich Moore is a seasoned Customer Success Manager currently with Watershed since January 2025. Prior experience includes leading a global team of Customer Success Managers at Enboarder from February 2022 to January 2025, where Rich focused on helping large, complex customers maximize success with the Enboarder product and implementing process improvements. Rich's background also includes roles as Senior Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, Group Senior Resourcing Business Partner at Thomas Cook, and Resourcing Business Partner at Alexander Mann Solutions, among others. Rich holds a BA in Cultural Studies from the University of the West of England.
