James Merkey

James Merkey has extensive work experience in the field of construction, development, and senior living. James worked as the Vice President, National Capital Program Manager at Waterton Residential from 2012 onwards. Prior to this, they were the Principal at GreenStar Consulting Group LLC from 2009 to 2012, where they managed client development and construction management services for multifamily, senior living, and commercial ventures. From 2003 to 2008, they served as the Vice President of Construction Services at Laramar Group. James also held the position of Vice President of Development at Pathway Senior Living from 2005 to 2006. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Construction at Brookdale Senior Living from 2000 to 2002.
