Cam Ovel has a diverse career background, ranging from football player at West Ham United FC to roles in recruitment and community development within the engineering industry. Currently, Cam is the Co-Founder of Wave Talent, UK Engineers, and a Community Lead at Engineering Leaders, where Cam focuses on helping companies scale their digital teams and providing support and connections for engineers across the country. Prior to their current roles, Cam worked as a Team Lead at La Fosse Associates and Lead Recruiter at TEKsystems. Cam also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Apprenticeship Connect.
